 Anne Pattillo

Anne is the founder and co-director of pattillo. She leads a team of specialised consultants on projects for some of the most dynamic organisations in New Zealand and Australia.

With over 25 years facilitation and consulting experience, Anne is well recognised as an expert in her field. An international leader in the art of engagement and participation, Anne has become best known for her transformational work with both public and private sector leaders.

Anne has a unique ability to help guide leaders to realise the potential of culture and performance through engagement, both within and beyond the borders of their organisation. From corporate mentoring, to complex decision-making and tailored training and development, Anne’s expertise lies in navigating through transformation.

Sought out as a masterclass host and conference speaker, Anne is also recognised for her work as a leader for the International Association of Public Participation (IAP2), including taking a central role in the design of the current IAP2 contemporary engagement frameworks and training.
