Change Leadership
Sometimes this area is talked about as change management, but we don't think that change is something that can be easily managed and it's not really the contribution that we make. For us it's more about assisting organisations to lead people, to lead their business. Every time we work with an organisation we work with people who care about what they do and how they do it. This means that engagement and inclusion around the desired outcome can be the one of the most powerful drivers for effecting change. And when working better is about making changes that involve people’s jobs, let’s face it, that can be pretty tough. Increasingly we are working with leaders who are balancing capabilities and resources in fine detail, and often these are leaders who are interested finding the right place for people. It's not about not giving up on people, even when that right place might be outside the organisation.
