Coaching is a catalytic relationship; it is the ingredient of momentum for individual achievement. This is a lot of power for a relatively small investment. Coaching in the workplace is rapidly gaining global recognition; this is because it is a unique driver for high performance. While every organisation we work with has a distinctive corporate framework for us to mould our approach, one thing is always the same; surprising results. People always find they are capable of achieving more than they had realised. What really impacts on individual results is the nature of relationships inside organisations. This focus is quite different from compliance orientated performance management and it’s harder to mechanise; so it's a little riskier, but like any risky venture, it offers a greater return.
