Upon completion of the full four day course you will receive your internationally recognised certificate in Transforming Communications, upon which this programme is based. 

Conflict with Confidence is offered as a four day public workshop, comprising of two blocks of two day sessions.  It can also easily be tailored for delivery within an organisation, so please talk to us if you would like an in-house programme.
