Leaders and managers develop teams all the time, our skill is in helping people to step up and perform at a new level. Whether teams are new or in transition, we connect teams in a purposeful way. This is quite different to team building, which is not to say we don’t have fun, because actually we do, we simply remain focused on the purpose of team development, which is about changing gear. We focus in on the team dynamics and we use a range of techniques and processes to assist teams to reform, refresh and resolve relationships, creating a stronger platform for powerful change.
