Training and Development
Sometimes the work we do with our clients is not about facilitating or changing the system, sometimes it's more about people having a different level of capability in order to work better and to reach organisational goals. As consultants and facilitators, we have specific expertise that can be tailored to develop skills at an individual level. We are not a training and development company per se; we tend to work in areas where we can offer a unique type of insight, those areas are: leadership, connected management, public participation, facilitation and coaching. We think our strength is in the ability to connect the theory of learning to the reality of work; we work inside organisations to tailor content that fits and builds real capability in individuals. We create training for specialised purpose, and (with the exception of public participation training) the programmes listed here are designed to be delivered in the workplace, at your place.
